Competition for the best university teachers for 2024
Lailya Abdybaevna Baibulekova, PhD in Economics (08.00.13 – Mathematical and Instrumental Methods in Economics) – system engineer, finance specialist, mathematician, and professor at the Department of “Finance and Accounting.”
Teaching experience – 36 years.
Author of over 100 scientific articles, including 6 published in Scopus-indexed journals, more than 30 in journals recommended by the Committee for Control of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan (KOKSON MNE), 2 monographs, 3 textbooks, 2 study guides, and other works.
As a scientific supervisor, led the grant-funded project AR05135054 on the topic: “Positioning, Genesis, and Optimization of the Stock Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2018-2020).
Also, served as an executor of the grant project AP05136068-OT-20 on the topic: “Competitiveness and Stress Resistance of Civil Aviation in the Republic of Kazakhstan” (funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2018-2020).
