Formation of a highly qualified scientific and pedagogical worker capable of performing professional activities efficiently and effectively, solving standard and non-standard professional and pedagogical tasks, freely navigating the social and professional space within the framework of legal reality, having in-depth scientific and pedagogical, research and law enforcement training in the field of jurisprudence.

1. He is able to use in practice methods of calculations, determination of social, environmental and technical and economic indicators of the effectiveness of management activities and business.
2. He is able to demonstrate management skills and abilities, such as negotiation, communication skills, project management, problem solving and teamwork skills, methods of activating the creative abilities of the team, as well as abstract and systematic thinking.
3. Is oriented in the current state of the regulatory framework of various branches of national law; knows the main provisions and regulatory requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and legislation related to the organization of legal activities.
4. Is ready to cooperate with colleagues, work in a team, is able to organize the activities of a small group created for the implementation of a specific economic project; is able to be responsible for making coordinated decisions using methods of organizing activities and interaction.
5. Knows at least three (Russian, Kazakh, English) languages; speaks as a verbal method of presenting information in the business process; competently builds a relaxed dialogue, knows how to compose an informative monologue on legal issues, argues with reasonableness.
6. Knows international quality standards; understands modern theoretical and practical problems of management, economics and business; is able to identify reserves for improving the efficiency of the organization and make decisions adequate to changes in the market environment.
7. Is able to receive, process, analyze and transmit information using modern technical means; owns the main methods and means of information interaction, interpretation and translation of information in the implementation of communicative acts in the professional sphere, is capable of perception and methodical generalization of information, setting goals and choosing ways to achieve it.
