EP purpose:
The purpose of the 7M06104 IT Management Training Center is to train highly qualified competitive IT management specialists with extensive knowledge of IT technologies, skills in using modern information systems in all sectors of the country’s economy, managing organizational development and IT processes, as well as managing innovative IT products.
Educational outcome:
- To work effectively individually and in a team, to show sociability and psychological preparedness in practical activities in the specialty, in working with specialists from related industries, to make managerial and technical decisions. Demonstrate leadership skills and initiative in solving urgent production, technological, research, design, and environmental-economic problems. Constantly improve in the field of machine learning and AI.
- Know the basic models and means of knowledge representation, syntax and semantics of the main artificial intelligence languages, and basic programming techniques for them, new methods for solving traditional problems developed in the programming paradigm in constraints, as well as in the framework of evolutionary and neural network approaches.
- Be able to critically analyze modern IT management problems, implement modern machine learning approaches in production, explain the principles of machine learning based on big data, set goals and develop a research program, select appropriate methods for solving experimental and theoretical problems, interpret, present and apply the results obtained.
- Be able to use cloud computing and use cloud computing technology to solve IT process optimization problems, develop machine learning-based systems to enhance decision-making in companies, be able to create and ensure the implementation of an enterprise’s IT strategy.
- Be able to manage software development projects and developers, be able to identify innovative solutions, plan IT projects, form business requirements, have skills in solving problems of professional communication and behavior, be able to create a healthy working climate for software developers.
- Design and implement components of an enterprise’s IT infrastructure using machine learning to achieve strategic goals and support business processes, as well as use methods and tools to protect information and control widely used information technologies.
- Be able to correctly determine the essence and content of management, management, entrepreneurship and management processes, be able to analyze the internal and external environment of the management object, social and psychological factors, be able to establish communication processes and decision-making. Be able to prepare data for the use of neural networks.
- Independently improve professional qualities throughout the entire period of activity, master foreign languages in the professional field at a level that allows you to work in an international environment.
