The master’s program in the scientific and pedagogical direction is aimed at preparing future managers, researchers and teachers in the field of tourism, competitive in the labor market and in demand by modern enterprises in the tourism industry, possessing professional, methodological skills and competencies, capable of performing independent scientific work and developing knowledge, skills and abilities for teaching and management activities.
- Understand and be able to use the necessary skills for lifelong self-directed learning, self-assessment, design thinking and problem solving.
- Develop a wide range of knowledge in management, marketing and other areas of business, demonstrate independent and strategic skills for effective continuous professional development in the field of tourism.
- Use innovative technologies to create an innovative tourism product that meets the principles of sustainability.
- To be able to combine and use methodological and scientific knowledge in response to current and future needs, in order to develop knowledge and experience in the field of tourism.
- Be able to communicate freely in the professional field, as well as with the general public, both in national and international languages.
- Demonstrate a wide range of managerial and entrepreneurial skills in the tourism business.
- Creation of deep knowledge and systematic understanding of modern pedagogy, features of teaching tourism disciplines.
- Apply knowledge of general scientific disciplines when conducting comprehensive research in the field of tourism, including interdisciplinary ones, based on a holistic scientific worldview using knowledge in the field of history, psychology, philosophy and pedagogy.
