"International relations" in UIB is:​

Training of a professional employee for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, analysts on the problem of international relations, competitive in the labor market, in demand by government agencies, foreign and domestic companies, with the skills of an international analyst, consultant, adviser, head of analysis and implementation of foreign policy, foreign economic relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan with foreign states and companies.

Competencies:​

  • Applying the skills of socio-political analysis and forecasting of geopolitical situations for the leading world powers and the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • The ability to find solutions to strategic tasks. Taking into account the factors of the current geopolitical situation in the world;
  • Forecasting the development of political situations in various regions of the world;
  • The ability to analyze the main trends in the evolution of international terrorism and the nature of measures taken by the international community to combat this phenomenon;

Learning outcomes:
