What is it?
This program is suitable for those who want to help establish work in companies and organizations or work with staff, and may also be of interest to those who want to engage in psychological counseling, including opening their own private practice.
Preparation of organizational psychologists, consultants and business trainers involved in the formation of corporate culture, organizational development of companies, conducting social and psychological training.
- he is able to put into practice various methods of psychological research (observation, testing, interviews, questionnaires, etc.)
- has a general understanding of science and scientific thinking and is able to analyze socially significant problems and processes.
- he knows the history of the development of the specialty of psychology and the specifics of the profession of a psychologist, the basic ethical and professional principles of activity, the basic laws, structure, methods and principles of the specialty.
- owns psychotechnologies focused on increasing the prestige of the organization in the external environment and the structuring of production for the study of psychological aspects.
- knows the laws of the development of nature, society, thinking and is able to apply this knowledge in professional activities; owns the basic methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis and modeling, theoretical and experimental research.
- has the necessary skills to use information technology in the field of professional activity, in the collection, processing, analysis and storage of information.
- knows the issues of corporate culture and team building, is able to determine with the help of psychological techniques the relationships in the team and the professional motivation of employees.
- knows how to select psychological techniques for the diagnosis of the emotional and psychological state of the staff; knows the methods of consulting managers, and also develops HR management strategies.
