The Conciliation Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is a permanent body established on a parity basis from an equal number of representatives from employees and the employer. The number of members of the conciliation commission of the Kenzhegali Sagadiev University of International Business is only 12 (twelve).
6 (six) members of the commission on the part of the employee, 6 (six) members on the part of the employer. The Commission is a permanent body for the consideration of individual labor disputes arising in the course of labor relations between an employee and an employer.
The parties to the employment relationship apply to the Commission with a statement setting out the substance of the labor dispute. The application can be submitted to the office of the employer and or sent by e-mail to the Commission s.komissiya@uib.kz .
