What is it?
This program is designed to train specialists-psychologists who carry out their professional activities in various fields of modern psychological science and practice, providing effective professional work in the areas of psychological support, assistance and correction of persons of different ages in state institutions and organizations, non-state and educational structures, etc.and professional groups, student youth and schoolchildren, people of the older generation.
The training of psychologists-consultants who contribute to the formation and development of personal and corporate culture through psychological research and training.
- Possess the methods of educational and social communication, in accordance with the requirements for social competence; possess the skills of psychological communication at the professional level, modern technologies of inclusive education, international and domestic experience in organizing the upbringing and education of children with special educational needs in an educational institution. Knowledge of the psychological foundations of didactics and the theory of education at the present stage.
- To know the laws of the development of nature, society, thinking and the ability to apply this knowledge in professional activities; to be able to analyze and evaluate socially significant phenomena, events, processes; to master the basic methods of quantitative analysis and modeling, theoretical and experimental research.
- Know a general idea of science and scientific thinking and be able to analyze socially significant problems and processes, have basic ideas on the subjects studied and be able to use them in professional activities.
- Possess the necessary skills of professional communication in the state, Russian and one of the foreign languages for the possibility of using information technologies in the field of professional activity and in the application of technology for collecting, processing, analyzing and storing information.
- Know the basic socio-psychological theories describing the communication process. The ability to use modern methods of psychology in the analysis of interpersonal interaction and communication. Mastery of the skills of using various types of socio-psychological impact in the process of communication.
- To know the criteria of norm and pathology of mental activity; ways and means of compensation and restoration of norm; psychological patterns of communication and interaction of people in large and small social groups, interpersonal and intergroup relations, organization and functioning of mass communication, family services.
- Be able to conduct psychological observation, develop and implement experimental research schemes, apply in practice a variety of additional methods of psychological research (testing, interviews, questionnaires, etc.).
- To know the history of the development of the specialty of psychology and the specifics of the profession of a psychologist, the basic ethical and professional principles governing the activities of a psychologist, the main patterns, structures, methods and principles of the specialty, the features of professional and personal growth of a psychologist. Possess the skills of searching and working with relevant scientific literature, research and diagnostic work, professional communication in the process of professional formation.
