On April 22, 2024, on the basis of the Department of social and humanitarian Sciences of the Kenzhegali Sagadiyev University of international business, a presentation of the monograph “legal support for the development of uranium deposits in the Republic of Kazakhstan”by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Satbayeva Aizhan Muratovna was held.
The monograph is a comprehensive study devoted to the study of legal regulation of ensuring the development of uranium deposits in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The paper provides a historical and legal description of the formation and development of legislation regulating the production of radioactive mineral raw materials of strategic importance, the main directions of its improvement are determined taking into account the specifics of modern economic conditions and foreign experience, the specifics of legal relations that are formed in the course of the development of uranium deposits are determined, conceptual problems of improving the system of Public Administration bodies and the disposal of strategic types of minerals are analyzed, the environmental and legal problems of the uranium mining industry were studied. As a result of the study, theoretical provisions and recommendations were formulated to improve the current legislation and the practice of its application. The monograph is intended for a wide range of readers interested in modern issues of Subsoil Use. A copy of the monograph was transferred to the Scientific Library of the University.
