The Nurlan Kapparov Fellowship panel session is a social and educational event aimed at highlighting the issue of obtaining a prestigious education at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (HKS).

The Nurlan Kapparov Scholarship has been created for applicants from Kazakhstan and Central Asia to HKS graduate programs in memory of statesman and businessman Nurlan Kapparov, a 2003 graduate (MC/MPA) and his legacy at HKS.
The main part of the event will include lectures and presentations by NK Fellowship laureates of different years and a Q&A session is planned, at which those interested will be able to get answers from representatives of the Admission Office of the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), who will be broadcast live from Harvard.

The event also includes the presentation of a video about the biography of the outstanding statesman Nurlan Kapparov, and the presentation of stories of fellows.
