- What art management is is “art management”. Art management combines art and business into one, changing the understanding of “work in the field of art” in the modern world. And a good art manager should have a wide range of diverse skills and be a truly well-rounded personality. Nowadays, two things are increasingly penetrating into all areas of human life — business and art. And in their symbiosis, art management is born.
Art administrators or administrators in the field of art work in cultural organizations such as theaters and galleries. They are engaged in marketing, resource allocation, financing, building an event plan and dealing with issues related to the operation of the building.
