LO 1. Formulate strategic objectives and performance metrics, develop value maps, and prioritize a portfolio of organizational changes.
LO 2. Apply financial analysis tools to substantiate managerial decisions in financial technologies, including the analysis and interpretation of financial and operational statements of digital companies, evaluation of investment projects, funding sources, and the effectiveness of technology implementation.
LO 3. Design and implement a target operating model for digital transformation and integrate digital initiatives into business processes and KPI systems.
LO 4. Use data to support managerial decision-making in financial technologies by formulating key analytical questions, developing performance indicators for digital financial processes, and evaluating analytical reports for strategic decisions.
LO 5. Develop and scale innovative solutions by testing hypotheses, creating MVPs, and planning commercialization strategies.
LO 6. Lead cross-functional teams and establish effective communication by conducting negotiations and presenting managerial decisions.
LO 7. Identify, assess, and manage key risks in financial technologies and digital financial processes; design and implement compliance procedures and internal control systems using modern digital tools.
LO 8. Integrate ESG factors and principles of digital ethics into managerial decision-making and prepare relevant sustainability and compliance reporting.
