The academic difference in the disciplines of the working curriculum is determined based on the list of subjects studied, their programs and volumes in academic hours or credits, reflected in the transcript, or a certificate issued to persons who have not completed their education.
When transferring or restoring a student from a foreign educational organization, a document on completed educational programs (academic certificate or transcript) is submitted, as well as a document on completion of the previous level of education, which must pass the nostrification procedure in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Rules for recognition and nostrification of educational documents approved by the order of the Minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
To eliminate the academic difference in the disciplines of the working curriculum, the student is enrolled in these disciplines, attends all types of training sessions during the academic period, passes all types of current control, and receives admission to the final control.
The academic difference in the disciplines of the working curriculum that is not eliminated in the semester is further considered as academic debt. Transfer and restoration is carried out on the same course, if the difference in the curriculum is no more than four academic disciplines of the mandatory component for a bachelor’s degree.
When transferring, the student’s personal file must contain a certificate of passing the UNT or CT-for bachelor’s degree and a certificate of passing the entrance exams-for master’s degree.
