As part of the program of development of multilingual education with the support of the Consulate General of the people’s Republic of China in Almaty, the University of International Business held a Grand opening of the “Center of Chinese language and culture”. The Deputy Consul General of the people’s Republic of China in Almaty Mr. Guo Xinqiao and the Consul on science and technology Mr. Mi Huisun attended the official opening ceremony.
